1. Admission
Entry to Midlands Live events is only permitted with a valid ticket. Proof of purchase may be required on arrival.
All tickets must be presented on entry, either digitally or in printed form.
2. Age Policy
Midlands Live events are open to all ages unless otherwise stated. Under 16s should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Entry Times
Please arrive in good time before the event start. Doors open and show times will be clearly stated on your ticket and event page.
Late entry may be permitted at the discretion of event staff but cannot be guaranteed.
4. Behaviour
All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund if their behaviour is deemed:
- Abusive, threatening, or disruptive
- Unsafe or posing a risk to others
- In breach of venue rules or staff instructions
5. Alcohol and Substances
A licensed bar may be available at the venue. Attendees must comply with all licensing laws and venue policies.
Anyone found to be excessively intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.
6. Filming and Photography
Midlands Live events may be photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event footage or photography.
If you do not wish to appear in close-up content, please inform a member of staff on arrival. While we will try to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.
7. Personal Recording
Casual photography and short video clips for personal use are permitted.
Professional recording, live streaming, or commercial use of any content from the event is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
8. Venue Rules
All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of the venue, including health and safety requirements.
Midlands Live is not responsible for venue-specific policies, including food, drink, or entry restrictions.
9. Seating and Layout
Seating arrangements may vary depending on the event setup. Specific seat allocation is not guaranteed unless stated at the time of booking.
10. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. Midlands Live accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
11. Liability
Attendance at Midlands Live events is at your own risk.
We accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to Event
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including schedule, format, and guest appearances where necessary.
